Delivery

We aim to dispatch all items within 3-5 business days. This can be longer when it is a promotional item or sale period.

UK – items are sent via Hermes, we also have an options for next day delivery (please contact us beforehand if it is a personalised item. Once the item is dispatched you will receive confirmation number via email.

Any items that have a free shipping option are sent via 2nd Class, upgrades are available at the checkout.

Rest of the World –  Items are sent via a tracked service when this option is available for that country, once the item is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs/Duty Fees - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

EUROPE - Due to regulation changes from 1st July all packages will be subject to a VAT/Handling charge this will need to be paid prior to delivery. If you would like to pay these charges when ordering without the handling fee please order via our Etsy shop.
